Preformatted Text

There may be times when you want to just keep things easy and copy some text from another document and have it appear exactly the same on your web page. To do that, you just copy-paste it in where you'd like it to appear - and as you'd like it to appear - then add
before it and
after. This tells the computer that you have already formatted this text, thank you, no assistance is needed.

This is commonly used when copying code from somewhere, copying poetry and other pieces of text with many line breaks, or when copying emails.
