Converting Your Images
In order to create GIF and JPEG images, you need an image
editing program that can read and write in those formats.
Most operating systems since 1998 come with built in
software to do just that. Use your computer's search
function and look for "image editing" to find
yours. If you don't have one, you can easily obtain a free
or shareware editor by visiting TuCows.

No matter what image editing program you use, the basic
steps are the same.
- Open the file you want to convert to GIF or JPEG in
your editing program.
- Go to the "File" menu and select "Save
As".
- You will see a window pop up where you can select to
save your image as a GIF or JPEG file. Select the one
you need.
- Choose a file name and save it to the folder where you
are keeping your web pages.
